Building on our strong foundation in tooling, ClassA delivers advanced molding solutions tailored to evolving industry demands. Our capabilities include injection molding, overmolding, insert molding, low pressure machine, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding.

With machine capacities ranging from 20T to 460T, we support everything from high-precision small components to large-scale, high-volume production—ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.

MOLDING SERVICES
  1. Injection Molding. Precision molding for a wide range of plastic parts using ABS, PC Lexan, and other. Machine capacities from 20T to 460T for small to large production parts.
  2. Insert / Overmolding. A process in which another resin is molded onto an existing substrate.
  3. Double Shot Molding / 2k molding. Utilizes double-shot machines to inject two materials in a single cycle. Improves bonding strength and production efficiency.
  4. LSR Molding. Produces flexible, heat-resistant silicone rubber components and plastic parts. Suitable for medical, consumer, and industrial applications requiring precision and reliability.
  5. Clean Room. ISO 8 (Class 100k) Cleanroom facility for contamination-controlled manufacturing. GDP & GMP-compliant operations with documented quality control procedures.
  6. Measurement Capability. CMM, Video Scope, MFI. Environmental Chamber Testing, Drop Testing, Vibration Testing, and Humidity Testing.
